Entreprise mythique et leadership éthique

In this article, we are describing the philosophical issues which are intrinsically linked to any progressive transformation of a mega-corporation into a « mythical » enterprise, and thus the various temporalities which characterize the mythical enterprise. In doing so, it will be easier to perceive how given mega-corporations are becoming mythical enterprises. We will explain some philosophical challenges such mega-corporations have to deal with, if they want to avoid the ideological pitfalls which are arising through its mythicizing process. More particularly, the challenge to take transformational leadership (as the expression of its organizational essence) will be addressed.
